Although this platform does not host user-generated content, this document serves to publicly affirm our zero-tolerance position on CSAE and to establish internal and external compliance standards.

3. Policy Statement
Ainsamachar strictly prohibits the publication, promotion, facilitation, or tolerance of any content or conduct that involves or supports the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We stand in full alignment with applicable international laws, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and national child protection laws in all jurisdictions where our content may be accessible.

  • No content published on this blog shall contain, imply, or suggest any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • We do not allow images, videos, or text that depict, reference, or imply child sexual abuse, even hypothetically or for illustrative purposes.
  • Legal discussions regarding CSAE must adhere strictly to a professional, educational, and victim-sensitive tone.
  • Any case study or reference to legal proceedings involving CSAE must be anonymized unless the information is publicly available and lawfully disclosed in line with journalistic and legal standards.

5. Monitoring and Oversight
Although user-driven content is not permitted on this platform, routine internal audits are conducted to ensure editorial compliance with this policy. Any inadvertent or historically archived content that may contravene this policy will be promptly reviewed and removed.
